SonShine staff share a love of Christ and are committed to providing all children with quality care and developmentally appropriate opportunities. Staff member’s qualifications exceed the requirements of the State of Michigan Children and Adult Licensing Division. All staff members have Child Care Background Check clearance. Staff members, regardless of position and education, are required to obtain 24 hours of annual professional development training, of which 3 of the hours focus specifically on cultural competence and inclusive practices.
